I’m sorry, Lewis Hamilton claimed sabotage over the radio for the whole world to hear.

Flavio Briatore gets added back to Alpine as consigliere…

and all of a sudden both Alpines are in Q3.

All it takes to make an Italian team work is a Frenchman, and all it takes to make a French team work is an Italian.

Mercedes social media is a sewer even more so now than usual since the rumours about Mercedes deliberately sabotaging Lewis.

There’s so much unhinged garbage from nutcases that it’s actually become a blight on the sport.

It’s the drama @Vercingetorix wrote about above feeding into hatred for George, the team etc even when Lewis has a good day and does well.

That was another gripping qualifying session ..so very close once again
It's great to see, but 2025 is fast approaching which will most likely, ruin the sweet spot we're heading towards.
The 2025 regs should be postponed for at least two more seasons.

Not being dealt an even hand was very slightly insinuated; without question, important things will be held back from Hamilton; I'd put money on certain things being held back from the day he announced that he'd signed for Ferrari. It's imperative for Mercedes to be incredibly opaque about many things, as he's leaving the team at the end of the season; if he were going to a team like Williams for example, the sense of opacity probably wouldn't be as profound.

It's actually in 2026 new regs are being introduced.

I hope Lewis isn’t going to keep #44 at Ferrari. That was the number of Maurice Trintignant.

If I was Toto I would kick Lewis to the curb the second the constructors is finalized. Give the replacement as much time in the car before next year.

Maurice Trintignant?? What?? I think that's the most obscure driver reference I've ever heard.. a little-known driver who did very little in Formula 1 about 70-odd years ago, I don't think there's much chance of anybody getting confused.

Of course Hamilton will use 44, it's the number that he's had since the beginning, and even when he was defending champion, he chose to not race with number one.

I believe it was sarcasm.

Perhaps you should both google him. He raced for Enzo and deserves respect, unlike Hamilton.

Good thing you're not because then you'd be an idiot.

No need for insults, but I’m not the one who signed a two year contract that was already void after 5 months.

I wouldn't wait that long.

That's uncalled for, I know who he was, he just wasn't a particularly good Formula One driver, I don't think he raced for very long for Ferrari and I'm pretty certain that he raised with many numbers, not just 44; he did win Le Mans in the 50s ..and was in the second Aston Martin at Le Mans runner up to Salvadori and Shelby 58 or 59.
