In a conversation I had with the VP of product development for Omega many years ago, he told me they made 2 prototype dials for the TinTin watch, that would look similar to what you posted in this picture (i.e. the Tintin rocket offset from 12 o'clock). He said one of the dials was in the Omega Museum, the other was in his desk.
yeah, unless @repoman's fascinating lore was being told across Switzerland for the last two decades... Sounds like a huge conspiracy to me as an amateur. I hope the wide, unknown parts of the watch collection universe isn't as scary 😟
