Let’s start with the 145.016 with what I called a Silver radial dial with thin indexes :

- Silver dial
- Applied logo
- Radial sub counters
- Long thin applied indexes with tritium dots at outside edges
- Integrated tachymètre scale
- Chrome hour and minute hands with a tritium track and a black track
- Orange chrono hand (18.20mm)
- Black sub counter hands

L O V E L Y piece and also the strap, great color and finish, what make is that?

yep, this variation : https://omegaforums.net/threads/145...hronograph-research-thread.77145/#post-981234

But I would never pay this money (1500 USD) for this dial.

Talking about eBay, this dial is also interesting atm : https://www.ebay.ch/itm/254558053130

Do we have this variation covered here? Any ideas of the ref it was initially made for? I don’t think it was another 145.006 variation...

Yeah, looks more like a ref. 145.024 dial. 😉

yes and that’s why I have hard time to agree with the seller who listed it as a 321 dial 👎

I've been thinking the same. Also the dial design is similar to those yellow gold variations. A very interesting example. The lume material / color doesn't really look like tritium to me but it's very hard to say based on those photographs only. Would love to see another example of those 😀

The hands aren’t pointed like the earlier example in this thread, but appears kosher.

But the sub registers aren’t radial on the eBay dial. On the one listed here, they are radial 😀

And your picture confirms this dial to be on a 145.016, so 861 👍

Interesting that the chrono hand appears to be red, and different h+m handset too. Not uncommon for ad work.

Indeed, see the Speedmaster ads from the 60s - you’ll discover some watches that didn’t exist 😁

A silly question would be: Who hasn't called dibs on this, yet? 😁

Hallo Archer,

could you please be so kind and check if the replacement crown for FOIS Speedmaster (311.32.40.30.01.001) is actually the same as for the 145.016 / 145.006?

Thank you!
Best regards
