Anyone order new Speedy on a Nylon Strap

Hi all, anyone have photos they can share of how the model looks on the nylon strap? I thought this comes on a deployant but can't seem to find that info on Omega's site. Assuming the deployant would be SS (not titanium), true?

Thanks!

Hi, I saw it in person. Ofc I bought a bracelet but the nylon strap was pretty nice. Yes it comes with a genuine depolyant SS buckle. I think Omega website sells it for $250

Is it a "sailcloth" type material? I think the only description I've seen of it just says it's a "fabric" strap, so I wonder what kind of fabric it is.

I'm thinking about going with the hesalite/fabric option and then picking up a sapphire bracelet once they're available. I might be in the minority, but I like the polished links. Just curious what the fabric strap is like.

Ditto. I also like the thin polished links on the bracelet. I think it complements the other polished surfaces well. On the Hesalite, there are still polished accents all around the case, like the pushers, crown, bezel circle, parts of the lug... having a little strips of polish adds cohesion between the bracelet and the watch.

I'm also curious if this strap material has that soft "seat-belt" feel of Omega's NATO straps. Or if it's a rougher texture.

I have one of these, no deployant though -- not sure if JR was or is the OEM supplier but they're superb straps:

The 3861 Speedies on a strap come with 16mm clasp.
I could be completely wrong, but I thought the new 3861 Speedmasters with Cordura straps now come with an 18mm DP buckle, the older 1861 model came with 16mm. I thought I read that somewhere in the introduction of the new models. Maybe I was dreaming it.

Well for the 1861, I know for sure several years ago they came on 16mm with the gator strap, then it changed to a 18mm strap in recent years. Not exactly sure what year that changed.

I think the 1861 hesalite came with 16mm while the 1863 Sapphire Sandwich has the 18mm. Now all of the 3861’s have 16mm. I think the gold versions have 16mm clasps too.

Just as an additional data point I ordered my 3861 sapphire sandwich on the leather strap and it's a 16mm deployant buckle.

Thanks. Interested to get your feedback on the strap. Also, what’s the part number on the inside of the strap.

Yes, I would be interested in this also. I wonder if they are available through the Omega dealers ..?

Here are some pics with parts #s. The clasp is 16mm. (Can also confirm the lug/case edges are sharp, btw. 😀)

Thanks for the part numbers for the strap. Looks great on the watch. How does it feel?
