Another bunch of photos. Our neighbour had a mega yard sale. These two old mags had interesting covers. Not sure what kind of watch is on Mr. Shepard’s wrist. These were cheaper than buying a new magazine filled with ads.

1968 Bulova "Ambassador" powered by Bulova cal. 12EBACD (a.k.a., Buren cal. 1322 micro-rotor).

I debated between this and a used 5 digit submariner in the AD’s case back in 2003- they were about the same price. The blue got me. No regrets, I eventually got my sub.

Hot August sun and 102F sucks the rose right out of the gold on the 18kt Longines with 27M movement from the late 1940s. The Sunday-go-to-meeting choice with lunch afterward with Mrs. noelekal and a couple of church widow ladies.
