1- I love the look of this watch
2- I wish I had the wrist to accommodate it
3- I wish they made smaller versions

Almost everyone can wear a Panerai. The length lug to lug is the important part so you should try one before you dismiss them.
They do smaller sizes. 42 and 40mm so you ahold be all good 馃榾
