New Year’s Day and my birthday! My dad, a Glaswegian, told me once that he didn’t remember much about my arrival in the early hours as it was unexpected and he had been having ‘a few wee drams’ to celebrate Hogmanay. Anyway best wishes to all and stay safe and healthy in the New Year and perhaps the Happy bit will come along later.
The black pullover is a birthday present which goes well with the black and gold AT.

Please excuse picture quality, I’m on my second large Aperol Spritz and feeling decidedly relaxed!

A double post today but worth it I think , Mrs CPR asked this morning just after posting my usual wruw picture ,why I have so many watches that I don’t wear .I couldn’t really answer her with a definitive answer & said they were a bit like her shoe collection , anyway I said do you want to choose one to wear & 10 minutes later after resizing the bracelet the 79090 was on her wrist. First reaction was, it was too big on her wrist and not sure it’s for me , so I said give it a couple of hours & see what you think . And now it looks like it could be her new daily wearer , which is a plus for me as I will get to see one of my favourite watches getting some daily use .
