    Our firm mainly support two charities. Always Great Ormond Street Hospital and this year, the second one is Help For Heroes - a charity for wounded ex-servicemen www.helpforheroes.org.uk

    So, today, I have been wearing this:

    The tell take sign is the printed logo. The 2852 has an applied one. Thats definitely 26xx as the case is more like 36mm. Really nice to wear, Reiner has one too.

    Supposedly, this is a very rare watch (according to Gallet). The Swiss military issued it to officers from like 1977 to 1981. Their American NATO counterparts liked it so much they ordered a few a few hundred pieces for USAF pilots in '81. can't really see it in my awful pictures but there's a little fighter jet inside the "G" in Gallet. The date wheel is in English rather than French. Cool. The watch head weighs close to 3 or 4 long tons because of all the magnetic shielding. practically not kidding.
