...garage sale goodie from the Inland Empire. I can't find a single mark, nick or scratch on her, even w/ a jeweler's loupe. I wish it was a more desirable brand or reference but I'll take what I can get.
Sure Martin ... I'm planning to visit Stockholm this summer, and no way I will travel without a GMT .... how about meeting you there ?
SM 2975 in rose gold cap for the office today.... right side up of course, although this is my preferred side
One of the one-offs in my collection (I have a few) which, while not "collectible" are rare to the point of "never-seen-another". This Longines has a Wadsworth 10K rolled-gold case pretty much identical to that produced for the 1940 reissue of the Hamilton Andrews. cal. 9.47 N Here is the 1940 incarnation of the Andrews (not mine), albeit with an incorrect dial from the Stanley model. You can see the similarities in the cases.
This won't leave my wrist. Have I said I love (really love) this patina and I only think it's funny UG never thought of this dial originally?
Evening switch for me.... back to some SM Grand Luxe yellow gold "bling" for a night out with Mrs.Melhadary.
My favorite non omega. Pie pan dial, gold stick rolex datejust. I got a 2014 oyster bracelet for it over the weekend, just haven't put it on yet!
