I think the SS version is rarer. Actually, I've seen many more pink gold cases (on the internet) than steel!

Yeah. There was a steel version with a pretty bad dial on Ebay for a long time. Just recently sold. I almost send an offer just to take the case.

Yeah. There was a steel version with a pretty bad dial on Ebay for a long time. Just recently sold. I almost send an offer just to take the case.

He would have accepted $1500-ish for that. I talked with him about it but in the end decided it was not an original dial but an older redial (which he admitted in the listing he wasn't sure about). I ended up passing on it.
