No! Wear is all appropriate for the watch. Get a new crystal though. That's step one IMO.

keep it unpolished! i think it's not too bad! or do a very very light polish of the lighter scratches

Lucky to be wearing the beater. Little prick kicked me off my bike (not the Nine T) going home last night. I’m generally ok,few bruises and scrapes plus some stitches but would have been really pissed off if I had been wearing a nice watch and riding the BMW.
Back to work today, so the beater it is...

Glad to hear you’re okay. It must have been a heck of a tumble, judging by the damage to the Seiko!

Yes have it polished, fit a new dial, hands and of course as you rightly point out the bezel. Send the junk parts to me for disposal and you will never need to worry about them again.... Oh and don't forget the crown and pushers. The bracelet looks as though it needs junking as well. Just kidding! Nice looker. Wear in good health.
