So...I’ve been dorking around at the public library today...and I came up with this for a logo [see pic #1]...which is based on my little accident at watchmaking school [see pics #2 and #3]. 😁

I'd prefer the two hemispheres to look like Mr Pacman, wokka wokka wokka...

I was never the bracelet type. So wearing my 60th on leather strap since day one. And really getting in love with ageing of the strap.

It's my birthday, it's raining, better be one of my favourite watches! This one had been to Bienne courtesy of the pervious owner and had a full restoration with new dial, hands, bezel etc but the original dial and hands were superb. Sadly the original bezel had been kept by Omega in exchange for the new one (I now wonder what was so interesting about the original bezel!) but I found a suitable replacement on here through a WTB. As always with these restored watches I'd have loved to have seen what it looked like before it was sent off for restoration. All that history on the case and bezel gone in one fatal (for the watch's history and patina!) decision. Still, I think it looks amazing and wear it more than any other of my Omegas, with the possible exception of the Marine Chronometer. Oh yeah, and that brushed dial...
