I have scolded you on Instagram, but since you insist on posting that watch here, I'll repeat:

You thieving bastard! That was supposed to be mine! IT WAS MEANT TO BE MINE!

Soooo frustrated with not winning that auction...

Hi all,
As i have mentioned already this new watch to me on 12th November 2016 really has become The One for me and hasn't been off my wrist since it arrived and I am now actually starting to sell off my other watches. So here it is my Vacheron Constantin Gen1 Military Dial 42042/423A in all its glory.

Last year I inquired about the watch being worn in a photo of Beatles producer George Martin.

Soon a similar one was found, just for fun. A year later I got around to having it serviced and it's just now back home from the shop. The watch has been running since Monday morning. It's lost six seconds.

Shop says the movement is a Felsa 4007N (internet image).

Gloomy day requires a colorful watch....
I swear I've seen this watch all over Instagram the last few days. I either follow you or its a complete coincidence. I'm mesmerized by the lollipop. 😀

After about a decade of contemplating if I wanted to spend $225 on the strap and $285 on the clasp, I went to a local AD yesterday and tried them on and was blown away. The curved endpieces make a huge difference, no more gap between the springbar and the bezel.

Loving it today on Throwback Thursday.
