··Not in LA anymore.I'd been wanting to wear this one in the ocean since the day it arrived in the mail. It's essentially an SRP777 with a special paint job. The photo was taken at a depth of 20m (65ft) so the jazzy colours of the bezel and dial had all homogenized to a ghostly blue.
I guess you could say I was mad-dogging it (© @Mad Dog ) today. This watch is about 60mm in diameter and would look big on anyone's wrist.
Another first today was bringing a cell phone underwater to snap photos. Makes underwater selfies a cinch 😀
Here's the Seiko again during a safety stop at 5m (15ft); the colour has mostly returned. I wore the watch on a 22mm navy blue ToxicNATO strap, which worked really well with this watch before/after diving and while actually diving.
