Decided to give it the old college try and do "The Buzz Aldrin" today...so I'm wearing my beloved Seiko 6309-7049 and newly acquired Seiko SRP777 on the same black nylon NATO. 馃榿

Believe it or not, this configuration is VERY comfortable...much more comfortable than I'd anticipated. 馃憤

MadDog! That is pretty sharp....nice concoction you got "right there"!

Thanks, man...it's sooooo stable on the wrist that it's nutty...I guess the mass of the two Seikos act as counterweights in harmony with each other...good times! 馃憤

New to me via a trade...even though it measures at 42 mm, it is very comfortable!

I like that dial arrangement, easy and quick to read the time. I never used the 24hr time scale until a few years ago when I began working a lot with global colleagues. It sometimes takes me a few seconds to confirm in my head what the am/pm equivalent of a 24hr time is (especially on long travel days through multiple timezone a and checking flight times while heavily sleep deprived and jet-logged. I think this dial might help me sometimes 馃槈

Doug, hope you're going to Top of the Rock. The view is worth the longish lines.
just might do that tomorrow... Although an art museum needs to be in the plans somewhere, too.

Finished today by bicycling from Central Park along the Hudson, then over the bridge to Brooklyn for pizza at Juliana's. Well worth the effort!

.. And the trip back at sunset was spectacular...

When purchased this Seamaster was in rough cosmetic shape. I installed New crystal, polished case, redial, movement overhaul and she was good to go on my wrist
