Not me, and not today but worth posting I think. This is a GSOM-M[eteorite] on Mrs. Jones' wrist yesterday at an Omega Botique. Unfortunately, the top of the watch is goobered up with the usual sheet of protective plastic but the watch's beauty still managed to show through the plastic. It's definitely one of those watches that has to be seen in person to fully appreciate it. Mrs. Jones loved the watch so much that if it hadn't already been promised to another customer [and wasn't the household budget-buster that it is], she would have happily walked out of the shop with it on her wrist.
It has been a while since I wore it on the original 1171 bracelet. Makes the watch look kinda dainty....well, compared to my german daily driver.
This piece is really speaking to me recently. I love the idea of a beautiful, understated modern watch that has some of the vintage charm. The dash of somewhat muted colour is great as well. How much wrist time does this get for you relative to other pieces in the rotation? Are you happy with the red vs black or blue bezel? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
