Haven’t done this in a while: Today I shall wear the thinner of these two: Some strikes go against the Junghans Bill Max Chonoscope for being a 7750 based chronograph, but it has low WR, a low profile printed dial, and is all-around artsy-fartsy sleek. With its slotted teak dial and applied markers/logo, the AT is all about 3D flashiness. Throw in 150m WR in sapphire sandwich…and if that'snot enough: It’s a modern Omega with a cal 8500, OK? WIS lingo for thick! So here we go: and... Darn....I was wrong again! The Max Bill has so much doming with both crystal and back that even though it looks thinner, and I swear it sits lower on the wrist…it's thicker...at least in the middle. So, happy to honor my promise today. YaY!
My eastern week continues. 1974 Seiko ref. 8138-8040T Readability excellent. Solid feel when setting - no play in hands at all. This execution dial is somewhat popular which has made copys and redials rather common. Do your homework before buying one.

I'll bring it to the 'double secret handshake' GTG if you'd like to see this one in person. I'd love to see your Tudor, too!
Aw c'mon, open your mind. You're a New Yorker, for Pete's sake. Next you'll be telling him which rest room he has to use.
