What surprised me is I was under the impression businesses can’t use banks due to the federal ban on the stuff remaining in place. There must be some loophole with beverages I’m not aware of.
Yeah, it's mostly a cash business still. Some banks risk it, and there are ways to do it legally, but most won't bother as it's expensive to remain in compliance. There's probably more than two dozen shops along my way to work - seems a new one opens every few months. I don't really care one way or the other and am really amazed at the market saturation over the past five tears or so. I also am frustrated with the inconsistency in how state pushback against federal policy is viewed depending on the issue. Regarding a couple, it's practically celebrated and championed, regarding others, it can be nothing but "dangerous" and "reckless" public policy.

Gave my US Mexico Holzer bracelet a little Cape Cod polish:

Then I soaked it in baby oil overnight to make it more flexible:

And I added a vintage Holzer clasp I had from another damaged bracelet:

Now it feels a bit more vintage

I've often considered the US Holzer. Seems like a cool design.

First light of Tet with a legend on the wrist. The 321 Ed White feels just right in the quiet of the morning. No styling, no plan, just 39.7mm of vintage-inspired perfection caught at 10:10⚙️🚀

Chúc Mừng Năm Mới!🥂🧧
