The soon to be only un-tarifed watch that you will be able to get in the USA.
Had to change the battery on it this week after about 6 years in my ownership and few more in someone else custody, a big 2016 lithium cell.

Twas difficult getting the cashback off, much moreso that most snap backs but you must remember it's rated for 100 Bar. As difficult as it was to get off it was impossible to get back on even with my brutishly strong thumbs so I gave up and got my watch maker to press it back on for fear of me making a mess of it using a vise.

As chronographs go I would choose one of these over a Casio or similar priced watches in a heartbeat, accurate (very) and stunningly easy to use and read plus jump hour date setting for time zone changing and date correction which is a nice touch in a field watch like this, not to mention the easily read Timex Indiglo system.
I am sure Timex cut a lot of finishing corners to get this to where it is but ya know I am probably to much of a peasant to be offended by any thing I have seen in the aesthetics of this watch, it does all it's claimed function's in style and looks superb to boot too.

First vintage watch.

From about 1983, found in a World War II vintage .50 ammo box full of cartridge reloading tools and other junk given to me by a relative. He didn't want the watch returned. Later discovered an 18kt green gold case on this one. Haven't worn it in a couple years. Fired it up today to see what kind of time it is keeping.

Spied this curious mushroom growing out of an old holly tree in the backyard.

Picked up this dark brown alligator strap after reading @bradurani's highly amusing and informative thread on straps. I'm attending a wedding this weekend and while the Dong Feng is still my "dressiest" watch, I'm just now appreciating how sporty and aggressive the lug shapes really are - I don't think the alligator is really a good fit after all. If anyone has suggestions for a more suitable strap or bracelet for this watch, I'd love to hear them!

Edit: I'm warming up to the strap
