I am celebrating today. We had (still having) a serious outbreak of covid, RSV and nova as well as walking pneumonia at work. I got hit with which I think was my 14th Covid infection after a new years pledge of having a health year. The Covid wasn’t bad but started kicking up complications from a more serious bout early last year but everything seems to be clearing.

Mrs walrus wants me to quit or do something else as the amount of bacteria or virus I bring home seems out of hand at times but I don’t know if I can give it up yet. Anyway maybe this will be it for the year a day at a time. Good health to all.
