I got around to sizing the bracelet this morning.
Screw-in pins. Drilled lugs. Solid end links. Signed clasp. Soprod P024 running -7sec/24hr.
Sorry for over-sharing on this watch but
I'm lovin' it !

I tried to get my snake to eat salad but I just can’t get him to make the transition. (I’m a biologist and yes I have a snake…that said, the pic shall be replaced.)

Early morning expedition to KMart looking for a new bike wheel rim, unsuccessful as they don't supply the part 🙁

I would never have guessed there was such thing as a K(iwi) Mart!

Lol yeah why would you just not go to a local bike shop?

Had found a parts list for the bike from Kmart and as it was a Kmart only bike thought I would explore the possibility of after sales service but in this instance they don't, so I guess it's off to either a bike shop or a bike scrapper place to find the bits to replace the rim.

It's only a cheap Kmart bike but it has a really light frame and a rear only cassette so I had hoped it would make a suitable road bike albeit a cheap nasty one lol though it has Shimano parts.

Better watch yer 6. Yesterday there were a few posts re someone in the forum having a crush on Mad Dog. I have to admit, I welcome the intrigue. It's been a slow day. Time to go use my p38 to get myself some soup.

What is that large group of people standing outside the apartment building?
Sorry, I forgot to reply. That was the line of visitors waiting to get into Antoni Gaudi's Casa Milà, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casa_Milà
View from the rooftop, and one of the inner courtyards. Very interesting place!

Speaking of art, Seamaster 120 ST 166.073 with lugs that remind me of Renaissance paintings plump nudes' thighs! 😜 😜

Does anyone else have a band like this? I love mine even though it would probably be bad if I had hairy arms.

Still pursuing frags (acquisitions and history) more than watches these days but the 3861 is always a solid choice any day.
Thinking of my dad today so I shot his favorite sauce as I was winding the Pro.

So...when you were looking at all the Gaudi constructs you were also looking at a lesser known genius architect named José María Jujol
who worked extensively on his mentor's projects. If you have the time look at some of his solo work.
