For this evening...
Nice and clean what ref is this? Looks like a 96 but bigger with some styling on the lugs.

Yeah I know, not much love for the Pam here, but.... I took it today for a sales pic!

Out giving Speedy some air.

Hair sighting at 9 o'clock, Battle stations!!

With respect, what the heck are you wearing? That is, apart from one beautifully patina"d Speedy!

Still on a PRC trip with the Compur, my luck was great in Beijing today, with the weather I mean.

I can't speak for others (for instance, barking mad could buy and sell my whole nut with his 5 slowest speedies), think you're picking the wrong vibes here, man.

Not only is there love for PAM, there's respect (and admiration). 😀

That compur is delightfully minimalist .

ref. 2484, a little larger than a 96 at 32mm. My grandfather wore this watch every day (except for when it was being serviced) for at least 20 years, until he died in 1981. I have owned it since then, although my father had it for about 15 years (and took good care of it) until the late-90s or so...I guess one could say that this was my first vintage watch!

The shots of the innards are recent, before last week's service. As you can see, my grandfather kept good care of it, with numerous service marks.

Wonderful watch, I love the earlier calatravas, some may be put off by the size but to me they are really what dress watches are about, elegantly keeping time!

Rose gold filled, likely European, calibre 266, 13,000,000 S # might indicate 1954-55, style number (?) BK 2809-2, 38 mm diameter suits a large wrist, burgundy strap.
