I wish that when anyone replied to a post, that it would be placed immediately under the original post instead of later in the thread. Just my two cents. Carry on...
But it would only really work if the reply comes kinda soon after the original post. If I responded to this post next week for instance, the response would be buried maybe 10 or 15 pages back.

Everyone should respond to every post immediately. I think that will remedy the issue. Now I gotta put up a watch though

That's true. I guess I'm used to other sites where the most recent comments are at the top - kinda like the thread directory is on this site. Where it could be an old thread, but gets bumped up to the top if someone posts in the thread. Wishful thinking I suppose.

Look at that amazing dial. (In my dreams, this post would be directly under the picture of it. Haha! 😉)

new to me citizen alarm date today, first day on the wrist with a fun little nato as I decide on a strap.

Saw a video on the jlc memovox and went down a rabbit hole of alarm watches, was about to pull the trigger on a seiko bell-matic but then one of these popped up, and I knew I needed the citizen with the 4 hands.

This one cleaned up quite nicely, need to order a new crystal, but its amazing what a bit of sandpaper and polywatch will do.

Actually had a cool watch nerd interaction. I started this treatment today and the technician was wearing a Hamilton. I commented “nice watch” he got very happy as he always wanted a Hamilton. Then he noticed my blue mesmerizing seiko and I took it off as he wanted to inspect the dial. We talked various watches for 7 minutes then proceeded with the treatment which was 20 minutes of intense pain but the watch interaction took some of the pain away as i so infrequently discuss watches or see such enthusiasm outside the forum.

It was cool the Hamilton was his “grail” and he picked it up.

In Tokyo with a Kurono Tokyo Calendrier-type-1. Where busy streets and quiet green pathways are a mere 20 metres apart

First, hope everything is okay or goes okay for you in regards to the treatment. Loved the story. Seiko/GS have some of the best dials. Yes, interactions with watch nerds outside the forum are few and far between, but really cool when they happen. Cheers

My trusty seamaster with the backdrop shot of a tarn in a mountain in Grasmere Cumbria .

Been there! Sarah Nelson’s Grasmere Gingerbread. We were on a guided tour. Brought gingerbread home for friends.
