BBC Radio program "Cold Blood". Heard it long ago and just recently found it on the Internet Archive.
The King is in the building , Elvis 68 comeback special rare uk pressing from 69 . Always loved Elvis & always will , picked up yesterday & was all shook up as someone else nearly bought it .
Any ways put the word out to lots of work colleagues regarding any old vinyl that is no longer wanted, stuck in the attic or just gathering dust, several months ago & no takers until yesterday . Got a call from a work colleague in Birmingham saying he was moving house & downsizing, so needed to find a new home for some of his old vinyl . Just so happens I had a client meeting in Birmingham this afternoon now there's a coincidence if ever there was one . Anyway here's the pick of the vinyl & he said he has some more if I'm interested . Oh happy days , oh happy days .And discogs is just a font of info , apparently the Sex Pistols album is an American import BSK3147 JW2#1 Jacksonville pressing .
ELO concert in Oakland. ELO is by far my favorite band and has been for a long long time. I know the lyrics to almost every song and the timing of the drums. Jeff Lynne the head of ELO I know most there is to know. Got tickets last October and since then this has been in my mind keeping me going. The man has barely aged in looks and voice. I was not disappointed at all. Here is a short clip I filmed and a picture or two.

<iframe width="854" height="480" src=" " frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe> Philthy, Lemmy and Fast Eddie. All gone.
Their cover of Sympathy for the devil (better than the Stones IMO) has been used in some car advert that I've been seeing on TV the last while, so I've been listening to a bit of them as well as a result. Note in the video above Lemmy is wearing a Motorhead/Girlschool tee shirt from one of their tours I suspect - Girlschool are a great band in their own right, so check them out if you haven't already...
Girlschool and Motorhead did a good version of Please Don't Touch. <iframe width="854" height="480" src=" " frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe> Philthy looking like the Phanny Rat that he is.
