Brilliant! The Casiotones meet The Human League meet The Pet Shop Boys, recorded in the catacombs of Rome!
I love this song hard to find on anything not vinyl

I'm not particularly religious but I do love Handel's Messiah. I own 6 or 7 different recordings of it but this one by the Dunedin Consort is by far my favorite of the commercial ones. This recording is of the original 1742 version with everything period-appropriate.

In college i joined the chorus to sing Messiah. I wish I'd gone to more of the rehearsals. 馃榾 A transcription of the cassette recording of that concert was the first CD I ever burned way back in 1996.

Jim White - A perfect day to chase tornadoes:

Not heard of him before, but singers like him don't usually get much exposure in the UK. There is an eerie, melancholy beauty to this.

He's not almost unknown only in the UK. Believe me

The version of Bach's Mass in B Minor that I listen to most is also by the Dunedin Consort. I only wish it was a slightly large choir - with a smaller group, one can hear the singers work too hard. Too large a group and it conjures the grandiose "Big Bach" of Richter. I still haven't found the perfect recording (though have seen a few near-perfect live performances).

Just starting out on Spotify and stumbled upon

Santa Esmeralda
Don't let me be misunderstood

I don't remember it from Kill Bill but Tarantino was my link to it.
Happy just listening to it without searching any clips.
