Neat little Jamison’s. Little smoother yet has more bite and some citrus from the hops from the IPA barrel.

Also nice to have the Seamaster in Orange have a legit holiday use.

Well obviously we survived, not an expensive wine and fine with a meal and I would suggest a fish dish.
Not much else to add unfortunately.

Home made Margaritas tonight...

3 cups water
3 cups suger
(combine in a pot and gently warm to get it to mix)

add 1 cup lime juice and 1 cup lemon juice.

I use 2 cups of raw sugar and 1 cup confectionery suger personally as it gives it a richness from the molasses and a softness from the confectionery suger.

I also fresh squeeze my lemons, and went with fresh squeezed key limes tonight. I do not recommend key limes as It took 2 points of 1 inch diameter limes and I was juicing for about 30 minutes to do it.... But the flavor was worth it.

then a decent tequila over some ice and you are ready to go!!!

Just the Arrowood and Prüm?

How about the whole cellar, just in case I forget pictures in a future post mentioning wine?

If I drink anything out of one of the four Danby wine fridges, I'll be sure to post pics of them also. 😉

Have you had much FX Pichler before? That's been my go to Riesling as well as good old Smith-Madrone, which is obviously a dry style, and American, and... it really is quite good but feel like I am comparing apples and oranges. Can't provide a photo right now. If I started taking pictures of my wine my wife would freak out and assuming I am either buying more wine, or worse yet, buying more watches!

From the OP's very first post...
