Side note that did win Whisky of the year last year. Not the best by far but great for what it is and price.
Made a quick visit up to my college town. I certainly don't miss drinking this st. I think it may have actually gotten worse since I graduated.
Was never really a fan of Pinot Noir. Until I realized I didn't like it because I was only drinking cheap Pinot
Yes sir! Owned by Bruce Cohn the manager of The Doobie Brothers. They have a stage in the middle of the vineyard for concerts. Mandatory wrist shot on the stage:
Walking through the grocery store, and what do I find. 5 of these on close out. If you've never had an ABC by Jim Clendenen, you really must try. @Jwit heres another Pinot Noir you should look for.
My child we need to talk Mac 18 is nice but I want to open your eyes. The Glen Cairne tells me we have hope! Let me Preach the gospel of Single Malt to you!
I'm all ears, this is my go to favorite single malt. I do enjoy some of the Glenmorangie's , such as the La Santa and at under $100 you cant go wrong. Our local OB starting serving scotch and they were surprised I knew it was a macallan 12 by the smell. It's easy though when it was the first single malt I enjoyed. Never forget that taste. Let me know one you suggest, headed to Vegas here in the next few weeks and we know you can find them all on the strip.
Pm me I'm at 120 bottles of single malt currently in the non deep storage collection. The MAC and Glenmorangie are great easy to source Malts but you pay a premium for them, much like Rolex. Basically at the price there are much better drams. Auchentosion, Ardbeg (peaty,) Bruichladdie!!! Are all better choices at the 40-100 range.
