Went into Binny’s today after Carpano Antica .. “is there a chance today?” Usually the answer is no, but today what was unobtainium was, at least for now obtainable. Bought two. Lovely Carmel notes with a nice warm, not hot finish.

If you’re able to find this nectar, I highly recommend this Sicilian gem.

Christmas Eve! One of the Danish favourites for the Christmas dinner table is Amarone della Valpolicella.

This is perhaps a bit over-aged 😵‍💫 I will know in an hour.

Among others a very nice Laphroaig 10. No pic as I’m now trying to put my baby daughter to sleep. Fingers crossed she sleeps so I can have some more.

Just pulled this out of my wine cellar (garage) from my mother's estate, desperate times call for desperate measures and I need some Christmas cheer so here goes. Home made apricot wine put down in 2002.
Alcoholic content is good (very good 😁 ) and after 20 years very mellow, the taste is OK but nothing special.
