The other night, my Grandpa brought over a bottle of Whistle Pig (one of the nicer ones I was told) and I did a taste test with that, the Angles Envy and Knob Creek...I couldn't tell much of a difference lol.
If you couldn't taste a difference it might be because there is no difference.

LOL--there's always food. Even the turkey gets injections of Burgundy before going into the oven--I learned this about 40 years ago, not sure if it really helps keep the breast meat from drying out too much, but it gives me an excuse to open a bottle at 10am and start the day off the right way.

For my 200th post, out of the cellar this evening, below is a lovely Aubert Pinot Noir (UV Vineyard 2018), paired with my equally elegant Zenith G381. For those of you not stateside, Aubert makes some of the finest Pinots and Chardonnays out of California. Hard to get a hold of due to their limited production, they make truly outstanding wines. So, one to add to your hunting list... M
....damaged internals, tried drinking a bit of glass from a chipped bottle a few years back...... cost me two surgeries and left me a bit tender
so now I get stupid by wailing around on motorbikes (in the cold half the time because this is Canada)....... at 53 I should know better but what the hell!
I know I practice enough because my last progress report from the nice man in the black & white car was for 104 in a 60.
so thats good then right!?
