·I thought I would experiment today - Badger Beer - the Cranborne Poacher - described as rich and fruity (I like ruby ale) and a respectable 5.7%.... but far too fruity for me. It reminds me of a raspberry and white chocolate bar I had once... which took me rapidly back to 90% Lindt dark.... so not a hit for me.... but one mans meat is another's poison and all that.. cheers on a Sunday everyone.

I like port but I am not a connoisseur… and I tend to drink it like Wine.... so it ends badly :0)

Do as you please. There are no rules for cognac 😀
I enjoy cognac on the rocks. I thought this was an oddity, but have been to several Hennessy tastings and discovered it’s quite common. A good number enjoy with club soda, lime based soda (sprite) or cola.
But...when @LesXL is over, we will make his pour straight up😀
