Jalapeño margarita
Hottest one ever, had to use a straw. Burning the shit out of my lips
First time in my life I drank with a straw
Straws are for women and little kids
In Kent by the coast and drinking a locally produced vintage Pinot Noir. It is the second sparkling from the south of England that has really impressed me this week and it can easily go head to head with some of the better Champagnes at half the price.
Wow, especially this one! I'm normally a red drinker, but this one's special.
I have concerns for the "bubbles" only because of their age, the same concerns would be for the Dominus.
How 'bout a tasting report when you sober-up 😀

We usually open younger champagne when there are many of us. In a weird way, It’s a sacrifice we make. We’d rather drink something young and more affordable since we won’t get to drink a lot of it due to the number of people. Haha. The Dominus was already decanting for at least two hours before we drank it. I’m not sure if the owner started decanting even before he went to the Resto.
I'm driving from the east coast to Chicago with a truck full of paintings and am holed up in a dumpy Red Roof Inn In Maumee Ohio--but even in a plastic cup this bottle has turned the dump Into a palace.
