·@Jking I’ll def try it, all reviews inc yours look like it may be an ideal match for me. Price is a plus. EC 133 is my go to for most mixed drinks, I can’t handle it need unless a good bit of water added and then I lose the good flavors.
I just made a whiskey sour and added an egg white, so it’s a “Boston sour”. Damn good, the egg white gives it the cloudy look but causes a nice creamy flavor. I’ll be doing this again.
