Wrist size daily fluctuation/variation

Has anyone else noticed daily fluctuations - exercises, eating/drinking caffeine, hot/cold weather?

Just now I came home and noticed marks on my wrist from a bracelet strap. I put it on a few hours ago and went out, and funny thing is, it was a bit loose.

Weather outside was hot, my hand obviously got a bit sweaty too. When I came home, I noticed it - the red marks and how tight the bracelet felt.

This happens to me with all metal bracelets though. Even if I adjust it, it will then vary from too loose to too tight.

As a fix, I am mostly going for adjustable straps so I can change the length on the go. Or I just wear it a too loose, so it gets just right when it starts feeling tighter.

Never heard of it, did you check with a physician about your condition?🫣

So that's the reason for the clasp adjustments! Who knew! 🙄

A work around would be to only wear your watch within a specific temperature range that way you'll never have to readjust your watch band or clasp.

Bracelets with microadjustment work wonders for that condition.

Wait is that what all those extra holes are for in my straps and metal bracelet? Learn something new every day…

Yeah me too. I never find the right hole, either its to tight or to loose. I guess wrists vary during the day just like feet do. Shoes always feels tighter in the evening after a day standing up, than when I put them on in the morning. Maybe try going with your hands in the air to drain the fluids from your wrists. It might look a little silly, but people would understand if yoy explain it to them.
