Would this be an easy fix?

Hello everyone! The guy selling this watch says that this watch loses about 10 to 25 minutes per week. And he says that when every turns the Crown, it only moves and hour increments. Do you think if I took it to a reputable jeweler, that they would be able to fix it easily? Do these sound like problems you have heard before? Thanks, everyone!

I would assume this needs a full service.

We need more information on the watch, please.
Assuming it’s a <2000? It looks like it’s got a tritium dial..

Something looks incorrect with the bracelet end links? It is a genuine/original bracelet?

Are there better photos, like one of the dial straight-on and one of the movement? That price is down in 'replica' range.

It bugs me that the word 'OMEGA' is so off-center compared to the Omega symbol.

Never paid much attention to these before. The offset of OMEGA is the same on this one as in the OP, so I guess that is normal.

Found the watch on Etsy, several flags for me.
Seller has no feedback and only this watch for sale
Box looks like repro
Non signed warranty card, with 2011 date, story is they bought the watch is 2004
Something about the bracelet looks off, but markings in pics are ok (not great photos)
They dont mention is quartz
You can see serial number is on case, but cannot make it out

At 400 you would nearly roll the dice, I'd consider it just for the case. But I have no idea what's the buyers protection is on etsy. Also would be bad form to swoop in

Let us know what you decide

No worries then. I agree with you that the bracelet above looks wrong but I can't put my finger on why.

UPDATE, seems like total scam, watch is gone, seller now has three premium watches listed at stupid low price. I'd be highly suspect of OP.

SELLER ID ON ETSY IS jewelleryden3

I’ve only ever seen overpriced, over polished vintage Omegas on Etsy, this must be a new venture 😉

A few years ago I occasionally found good watches on etsy, including one of my favorite chronographs. It was enough to motivate me to keep searching there, even though the search engine is horrible, and I hoped that it might become an alternative to eBay with lower fees. But it went downhill, and most of the vintage watches are junk and scams. Still good for watch straps and other crafty things.
