I thought so because the second S in SWISS looks a bit elevated from the rest and because space between SWISS and MADE doesn't look centred. I thought that those has to be perfect, or perhaps this is because of the angle of shooting

You are better off looking at the lume plots, which IMO is where a redial often is most obvious. Also, the general feel and the use of the correct fonts and the correct spacing between words are important.

For me, it looks like, as if

- the dial is a self painted fantasy style
- the case -unidentified- could have been something like 168.029 before it was re-shaped
- the movement was fitted inside the case with some tin stripes, there are no clamps
- the reference 2493-4 has nothing to do, with any part of this "watch"...

Only $3.2k for this honey. Although I have seen worse on here there are lots of alignments issues with this one and some suspect scripts. A protractor and a ruler don't cost that much.
