£1,995 for a somewhat short, stretched 1039 bracelet with no end links. AND SELLER TEXT IS ALL IN CAPS! Oh and did he make it clear enough that it's SOLD AS SEEN AND NO REFUNDS.

Riiight. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/362372946143

Not completely off pricewise but still too expensive for what it is - supposedly a 145.022-69, fitted with a Mark II dial and a new pulsations bezel:

Seen on Danish e-bay branch DBA.

Price: 4K USD

$4,500 for a black dialled steel "C" case Constellation with a badly degraded dial?

Pictured here vintage Omega Constellation 168.017 in a stainless steel case with an original Omega gold bracelet and RARE galvanic GILT Dial.

Omega Constellation from late 1960s with a black glossy Gilt dial.
The dial has developed an interesting even spotting all over making it look a bit like some exotic fish that sparkles when viewed from certain angles.

I'm curious about the claim of the bracelet being "gold". Solid? Plated? Karat?

Yeah, the bullshit-o-meter is slammed way over to the right on this one.

In case you don’t like the $10,500 ones...
Lol damn. thats crazy

Flat 4 non rehaut nos is that range. Lots of fakes / Frankenstein’s at the 10k range. These are tricky.

It is about 2-3 high though. Bobswatches has lightly used at 15k. So it’s dealer price.

Not sure how unrealistic this is but: a 105.012-65 went up on eBay today at $15,975/offer. I asked the seller for a couple of caseback photos and he sent them. Three hours later he deleted the listing and relisted the watch at $16,975/offer---no new text or photos. I guess I reminded him of what a fabulous caseback he had...

Hello together, I don't know what you are discussing here? We are talking about watches that are about/or more then 50 years old. The number of well-preserved models is limited forever. Almost no spare parts without relationship or own stock, these are facts. They are mechanical works where you will niver find again in your life.
A rarity in our digital world! We have more and more rich people who can afford something, the price is secondary. It's a free market economy demand determines the price. This ist just the beginning of a sprial upwards.
And don't forget I'm talking about old good watches here, no replica's and special series from the last 40 years!

We're talking about those who are trying to skip many, many levels up that spiral. 🙄
