Why Speedmaster Crown Doesn't Pull Out after Winding

Dear watch lovers, could someone help me to figure out an issue that no one can help me with (even ChatGPT)? When I fully wind my Speedmaster, and try to adjust the time right after, the crown doesn't pull out. Not that it doesn't move at all. When I try harder, it stretches and then immediately bounces back. I wait 5-10 minutes after winding, and then only it's possible to pull out the crown. Has this happened to you? Everyone convinces me that such a thing cannot happen. Thanks very much in advance.

If you roll the crown back the opposite direction to winding a bit, does it come out then? It should just click and turn relatively freely in the non-winding direction

It's all down to the three "C's"

Click
Crownwheel
Clutch

Actually no idea, maybe @Archer can diagnose.

You aren't wrong. The only thing that I can think of that would cause this, is that the sliding pinion is interfering with the first of the setting wheels - hitting tooth on tooth. But this should be pretty random, and not some repeatable error, which I assume the OP is describing.

There's nothing else in the setting mechanism that would cause this to happen - it is independent of the state of wind...
