So looks like an H - and that is definitely Earth, but looks like it has race cars zooming around the outside of it? A bit hard to tell.
Also this watch had to be done in the 1970s, but the logo looks like it is late 50s-60s. I can't tell what is on the ring - maybe cars, maybe not. Really difficult to tell.

·I wasted way too much time on this initially and gave up. Then I saw that there was at least $10 at stake so I gave it another try. Here's a couple that it's not, maybe that will help. I'm giving up now.

·It’s an old logo from the „Halliburton Oilfield Services“.
(I also followed the Halliburton trail for the first logo. 😉)

And, it appears Halliburton Oilfield also put that logo on some Rolex watches too.
