This reminds me of an addictive logo quiz app for iphones from a number of years ago. I don't know what this is but there's a familiarity there for me too. Hope somebody finds the answer soon so I can stop thinking about it.

It kind of looks like the LEGO tail symbol.

 

I'm surprised @killer67 didn't chime in and tell us what the symbol is (made up of course).

 

My mind went straight to a postal service, or courier maybe. But then it sidetracked into sneaker logos, and now my mind is mush.

It’s as frustrating as the logo sections of trivia night - I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it somewhere, the 1970s maybe.

I’ll take a break and have a fresh look later.

If you can find out where it was sold or who it was sold to.

 

Here is a Seamaster with a somewhat similar looking logo. The only trace so far. If you can even speak of a trace.
