Seems like the pip and insert were polished off, but it's clearly a 2913/14755 of some sort.

It's a Seamaster 300 ref. 2913 maybe -7 from 60 circa as said.
The bezel is not original or only missing the lume pipe and the bakelite insert. This factor affects a lot on the value of the watch.
The case is overpolished. The dial seems to be nice (maybe relumed). It has a nice second hand called "lollipop".
The brecelet is not original to this watch.
