Was I the only one humming the title of this post to the tune of a Drunken Sailor?馃槜

If some of the parts are nice enough, one can always create a Franken and then write a post about it... 馃檮

Wow. That is not only impressive, but a stunning piece too. It turned out lovely with all the attention to detail. I am sure its even regarded highly by Gubelin fans, regardless of their position on custom, franken, project, what ever one want to call these watches.

Hello,
i am new to this Forum, i read a lot and did some researches here, just because this was my first Omega, a FRANKENWATCH where i missed to do some reasearches before i bought it. I like this watch, i learned a lot, thanks to the OF and all the members behind.

But to be honest, from time to time i also think about buying the missing parts to build the original watch(es). But i am honest to myself, i would spend a lot of time and Money. Instead i spare my money until i can buy a watch in a original state.

I would say keep this watch and wear it as i do !

Greetings
