Looks like a vintage lady's wristwatch from 1900-1920ish.

Did you want something morre than that?

Might help if we could figure out the brand name. The cursive font is a bit confusing. Is the first letter an H?

T or perhaps an F. Pics to blurry to read. Of course, movement pics would help too.

I'm thinking its a Russian replica of a early 20th century watch. Either that or someone took a defunct original and replaced the movement with a quartz movement.

I think the case and dial are original and the rest was added because the movement was likely shot. Might have even been a cylinder escapement, and those don't keep time at all when they're worn out and not as well as a lever when they're new.

It's an original ladies wrist watch, converted to quartz at some stage.

The writing is Russian cursive script.

On the dial it is the name of the maker Paul Buhre (Pavel Bure, Court Watch Maker to the Imperial House).

I'll let our Russian speaking members decipher the caseback.

Edit: I also suspect that it would have been an expensive watch when purchased, and that the things around the bezel are not cut glass.

Owner was a family friend, Short version of the story...born in Egypt left there in the 50’s when all Christians had to. No info on this piece specifically but she had amazing things, jewelry etc...this was wrapped up in a sock almost threw it out. Really discovered by accident, I didn’t think the movement fit the case !!!
Thanks so far...more more please 😀
