·Me? I’m all about cereal, juice, and coffee. Hardly a day goes by where I don’t pour myself a bowl of cereal, juice, and coffee. To me, that’s the perfect way to fill me up and get me fueled for the day ahead.

·It's interesting to go on a Monday through Friday business trip and stay at a high-end hotel where the breakfast fee is included in the room charge.
The first breakfast, on Tuesday morning, will be everything on the walk-up all-you-can-eat buffet, including eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles, sliced fruit, coffee, juice, etc.
The next day, maybe order off the menu and get something smaller like Eggs Benedict and coffee.
Third day, feeling bloated, maybe a bowl of oatmeal and coffee.
Fourth day, Friday morning, maybe just a cup of coffee.
