2255.80 Imho it's relatively simple and strikes the right balance between utility and presence. A future classic perhaps?

I'll probably take some heat for it, but I'd go with something modern, with the 9300: The Dark Side of The Moon, with the new ceramic/titanium clasp. Choosing just one is difficult however. I think the recent Globemasters look very classy too.

Favourite? Oh my! I have thirteen Omegas. My 1989 Speedmaster commemorative Apollo 11 with the glass back shown in the picture was a gift from my wife, so for that reason, I like it a lot. My steel and rose gold Speedmaster reduced I like a lot for the "bling" factor. The rose gold dress model, second from the right I like because of the condition, and the fact it is large. The quartz Seamaster third from the right I like for accuracy (although it isn't a lot better than my Apollo 11), and the fact I don't have to dick around re-setting the calendar when I choose to wear it. The curved lug dress model next to it, on the left, I like for the style, but I never wear it because it looks pokey on my big wrist. There are two Omegas I didn't have when this photo was taken. One is my mid-50s Seamaster caliber 355 bumper, date at 6:00, hobnail dial. Generally, I wear it a month, then leave it off for a month, because setting the date is a royal pain! The other is my Seamaster F 300 which I like, but the date no longer works! Bloody plastic date ring! The Seamaster third from the left it a manual winder with a really poor dial refinish job. I'd wear it occasionally, but for the dial. The one on the far left is one of the "modern" Seamaster automatics that many hold in low regard. It is a super runner and timekeeper, so when the spirit moves me, I wear it. The one I like least is the brown dial model Cosmic. I hate the cases on these! So they are almost all my favourites! Depends on my mood. But push me, and I think I might opt for my two Louis Brandt & freres CCR, 19-jewel railroad watches, one of which I have shown. Circa 1905, I think.

My favourite that I own, by far, is my Watchco SM300

That is really wonderful. I wonder what it would take to persuade Omega to re-release that? How about a few more images?

Favorite Omega? Well...I only have one Omega...so by process of elimination it would be my Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch. That was easy...very little [if any] thinking required. 👍

'50s Genève

Why? Classic, understated, and somewhat esoteric.

I love the new seamaster 300 ... Just love straight lugs... But then I was like wait I could get a vintage for same price or less... So here is a 61 seamaster 300... And now I am into vintage because I love plexi and I love real patina tritium , what s up with all this Fauxtina ?
And I love straight lugs if I have not said that

I picked up a SM 300 in November and I can't believe how much I like it. The more I wear it, the more I like it. I really like my panda dial Speedy, but the SM 300 is the winner. I'd love to own a Alaska Project and a 45th anniversary Speedy some day. I didn't get around to buying my power ball ticket or I'd already have both!

Speedmaster Pro 3573.50 Sapphire Sandwich is my choice for favorite Omega. Yes, the purists will proclaim my ignorance, but for an everyday watch that fully carries the Speedmaster history and the has modern/practical touch of a sapphire crystal... it is unbeatable. And that is simply my opinion.

Is it a 'cop out' if I say it changes? I seem to vacillate between my PO's, SMP's, 300MC and AT.

Hey ! Texas_Tom
The TexasTornado !!!

You said You have a Thinghy for Blue Dials ....?

Do You know What They Say about Men Who love Blue Dial Watches ?

Blue Dial Orientated Males are wonderful Sex Partners. They are affectionate , sensitive to their partners' needs .They consider LoveMaking a form of Fine Art , with an elegant approach ....building Up to A Crescendo.....ending the Concerto with A Grand Finale..!

Ha66x !

p/s perhaps your Better Half can confirm my thesis...?
