Hey, guys!

New member, here. I've been lurking for a while and decided to pull the trigger and make an account.

So, my question is to you guys: what is your all-time favorite Omega? I've owned three so far: a 2531, a Speedy 30th Anniversary, and an SMP 150th Anniversary. The SMP 150th is definitely the most unique, but so far, I think my favorite is the 2531. I can't get over how comfortable it is, and how well the bracelet goes with the case.

Ha, this is seriously impossible to answer...like saying which one of my sons is my favorite.

I think my favorite watch changes as time moves on. And for that matter favorite child changes as each make great or stupid decisions (only half kidding).

For me, I really like the Ploprof, Gemini IV, Apollo 11 35th, Skyfall, SM300, POXL, and these are all keepers.

Plan to acquire 3570.50, SM300 co-ax, Good Planet, Speedy Meteorite. Of course this may take some time.

At this point I would have to agree 馃槑. Although my experience is quite limited, this is the watch I will never sell. My wife bought it for me as my first "real" watch and I've hardly taken it off over the past year.

It's definitely a keeper. I think any Omega fan will keep his 2531 and 3570.50 once he acquires one.

However, Pierce Brosnan was my favorite Bond actor, so I suppose I'm a bit biased towards the 2531!

The moon watch in most of its iterations is a clear winner for me. Vintage speedmasters are really something special, but I do also love the vintage SM300 and railmaster. However, the modern SM300 is a great looking watch and would probably be my choice if buying something new from the lineup.

I totally agree. I'm not very knowledgeable about the Railmaster. It was discontinued just a few years back, wasn't it? (I know it's no longer produced today)

My favourite that I own is my Seamaster 300 (165.024) partly because it took me well over a year to find. My favourite that I don't own would be a 2915-1 ....... one day.

My friend has a restored one. It is absolutely gorgeous. That's a watch I would definitely hold onto for life!

I would say my PO liquid metal. The blue dial and the definition is awesome. Even though it is 45.5mm it does not feel that way.

I think it was discontinued probably due to low sales. The modern Railmaster was a great looking watch, but the 2914 is incredible.

What took you so short? It took me over two years to find my 165.024 馃榿

On the other hand my 2914-1 fell into my lap by pure luck....馃榾

To OP; welcome to the Forum!

My Centenary. It's the only vintage Omega I haven't sold out of dozens of Constellation pie pans and Seamasters (even one Seamaster pie pan). In all honesty, I did sell my first one, but missed it so much I bought an even better one.

Thanks for all the posts, guys. In a short hour, I've learned about multiple Omegas that I didn't know about before. My wish list is getting longer!

The list only ever does get longer. The more you know about watches, the more you want them and the more of them you want.

On the ones I own my PO LMLE and the Aqua Terra Master coaxial. I love my SMP and my SPM Pro but the other two are just flawless. If my Speedy was a 321 pre moon it would probably be there. I also almost got a Deville this week, but I passed on the 10K Euro they where asking in Dublin AD
