One marking ends in 25%. That might mean .925 which is sterling silver. Since the chain appears to be yellow, this might imply vermeil which is gold plated silver. The one mark might be the maker’s trade mark. The marks are too indistinct for us to be certain.

Country of origin?
Not sure! Maybe sweden, germany, it came with a 18k swiss savonette GPE but not sure if they belong togheter from start
