Your pictures are not a large help in giving you answers. But I can see the Omega symbol on the dial. This is a very tiny watch in the style of a “cocktail” watch. The stamping on the buckle is .750 which is 18 karat gold. Your picture of the watch is not a great help, but I have a suspicion the stones are diamonds. Notice the absence of a crown (winding button) on the case edge. This watch likely has an Omega calibre 640 movement in it. This calibre movement is of the “back-wind” type. That is, the winding crown (also used for setting the hands) is on the back of the case! The size of the crown should be such that the knurling on the crown is near the edge of the case back, to facilitate winding. That crown is pulled outward to engage the hand setting. If I am correct, don’t let anyone convince you that its only value is for the “melt” value. This was a very expensive watch in its day. Try to find someone in your family, or a friend, who would enjoy having it.
