·And to contribute to this thread - started as a SW developer, moved to project management, sales and then business development. Obviously failed everywhere so they decided to hide me somewhere where I can’t harm the company (CEO since 2016).

I was in the software industry for about 20 years working for companies like AGFA , Aldus and Adobe . Ran transition teams world wide for them . I was the last line of defense when a customer site hit the fan.... two laptops and a bag of wires and tools ...... I also used to run a Apple VARs support center ....
I left that industry to work in the family business of RE Development .... what that meant to me ? I am now in construction ..( building baby sitting).. we have built buildings to Passive House specifications ... that is a saving grace for me as there are some very technical aspects to it ..... or I would have been bored .... when in between projects right next door is Ohm Acoustics so plenty of hi tech meets hi-fi .....
none of the above had anything to do what I studied in university....
and since the early 90’s a moderator on a watch website ...
