Owner and GM of a Swiss based BMW Motorrad Dealership and motorcycle customzing Department. The beauty of these two buisnesses - I can „sell“ my passion for vintage drag racing as PR for our business.....;-)

Is there a cup-holder on that?

I had considered a career as a manufacture of spats for hummingbirds, but the necessity of having to eat got in the way.😉

I work part-time at a candle factory. I only work on wick ends.

Oops, sorry, wrong thread... I’ll move this over to the joke section (or maybe not...).

This is a great thread!

I do often find myself wondering what everyone here does to afford the hobby!

I've been flying since high school, went off to business school where I took enough math courses to get that Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Spent the last several years as an aircraft mechanic (piston and jet) and did some management here and there.

When I started flying, the contracts for fresh pilots were literally insulting. Now they're looking really good so I'm shifting my focus back towards the cockpit.

I don't really have any airline aspirations as I'd prefer the lifestyle of flying corporate. But that could change.

When I'm not working on other people's airplanes I like to design them (can't afford to build my designs yet). Otherwise it's woodworking, guitars, and watches! ... and beer..........and whiskey.

Anybody want to loan me their airplane for a while to build time? 😉

Haha. True. Here’s my 1969 220 bezel Speedmaster alongside one of my many little moon landing illustrations for the New Yorker.

On behalf of everyone here, I’d like to request more examples of your illustrations. This is fantastic!

surgical pathologist.
How do you tell an introverted pathologist from an extroverted pathologist?
The introvert is looking at his shoes while he's talking to you; the extrovert is looking at your shoes.
