Hi there,

is there a roule of thomb for bezels on 145.022-69? I am about to get one without bezel and movement serial is 29mil. Question is, is DO90 or DN90 that was most common on this model with this serial. As I understand -69 was with both but is there any difference in serial number for example?

Thx in advance

Another quick question: If I find DNN bezel marked with 145.0012 will it also fit 145.022?
Do they all fit to all refs that should have them?
I mean there is no different ref for different bezel size vise? I know some are DON and some are DNN.

Despite the tight tolerances, although all Speedmaster Pro (and most Pre-Pro) bezels should fit, some are initially too tight or loose and require fitting by a watchmaker.

Thx. It will be bought from a watchmaker that most likely would be fitting it as well

I have a 69 with 305968xx serial number and it has a DN90 bezel
Any chance it’s a 220 error bezel? Post a photo maybe

If it help, I have/had those Speedies, info from extracts, all bought from the first owner:
30584xxx JUL1970 ST 145.022 861 bezel: TACHYMETRE DNN,200 bezel, US delivery
30990xxx OCT1970 ST 145.022 861 delivered to Ireland, 220 bezel
30994xxx OCT1970 ST 145.022 861 delivered to Germany, 220 bezel
What seems to me, that like Speedies prio 30.00mil serial were DoN bezels, than to the 30.99 mil TACHYMETRE DNN, and then the error 220 bezels 30.99-31.00 serial.
Probably someone having the Speedmaster only book can confirm my observations.

Pics of the watch. The dial, hands and crown were replaced by Omega but I still have them (I will put the original dial back in)
